Chocolate Fountain Hire
We are happy to announce that we are now taking bookings for 2025 for Chocolate Fountain Hire complete with trays of strawberries and marshmallows to go alongside!
Unfortunately, this service is only currently available in our local area of Darlington and the surrounding areas.
Due to a busy start to 2025 our diary is open from mid February (Monday 17th)!
To book simply pop us a message or comment on one of our chocolate fountain posts on our Facebook page to book your date. Let us know your chosen date and time and we'll check the diary! If the date and time is available then all you need to do to secure your booking is pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total.
Please note, nothing will be put into the diary until the deposit has been paid and a contract has been signed.
The contract states all our terms and conditions surrounding the hire and use of our fountains so please ensure you read and fully understand it before signing.
Once the deposit has been paid and you are in our diary you will receive an email invoice with the remaining balance to be paid. You will have until 14 days before your event to pay the remaining balance. If no payment is received by 14 days beforehand then your booking will be cancelled and you will have lost your deposit.
Our prices below are for the hire of one chocolate fountain, the chocolate needed to run it (approx 350g) and 2 trays of strawberries and marshmallows with skewers to go alongside! Additional trays and more chocolate can be supplied at an extra cost.
These prices reflect you using the fountains unsupervised by a member of P & J Sweets staff. If you require a member of staff present for your event and chocolate fountain hire then this will incur an extra charge.
If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before the event then any balance that isn't your deposit will be refunded to you. Cancellation of the hire less than 14 days before the event will mean that no refund will be available to you.
