Shipping policy

We aim to get all orders to you within 10 working days from order. In most cases your order will arrive sooner than the 10 working day time frame.

Your order will be updated with a tracking number and your email address used to place the order will be used to send the tracking over to you.

Although we use a 48hour delivery service and 90% of orders arrive within the 48 hours, please be aware that in some cases it may take a little longer. Due to royal mail postage polices for refunds on "missing parcels" we can only chase late or missing parcels with them 7 days after the due date
